- That episode of Succession. Part of me knew this was coming—but what a standout episode of TV.
- Thinking with Type by Ellen Lupton. As someone who does a lot of layout, I’m embarrassed to say that I never really understood the baseline.
- Alvvays (Alvvays). Better late than never! Finally got around to listening to the debut album of Alvvays, having obsessed over their 2022 album Blue Rev.
- Front Range weather. The Front Range is infamous for wild weather swings, so it surprised no one out here (though we rolled our eyes over it) to flip from 84° summer weather to a light blizzard the following day.
- Remember the Maine! Got to love a cocktail that sends you on a Wikipedia adventure.
- Long icebreakers.
- Petting zoos. I had more fun than my son at the petting zoo this past weekend. I mean, have you touched an alpaca recently? Ever?
